Eight Natural Laws
We believe that disease is an effort of nature to free the system from conditions that result from a violation of the laws of health. The laws of health are God’s plan for each one of us to achieve complete restoration of body, mind and spirit. They are biblical principles of health and wellness.
All diseases stem from the blood. We know the life of the person is in the blood. (Lev.17:11 ”For the life of the flesh is in the blood”). Dr.Christopher considered the bloodstream so important he called it “The River of Life”. Improper food, impure air, toxic chemicals, lack of pure water, little or no exercise, and stress play a part in the destruction of our body as they affect the very blood chemistry.

Nutrition
God’s plan for nutrition is outlined in the first book of the Bible. In Genesis 1:29 God prescribed “Every herb bearing seed…and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed, to you it shall be for meat. Today we would say this original diet consisted of fruits, nuts and grains. After the Fall of Man, leafy greens and herbs and other vegetables were added to man’s diet.

Exercise
Who does not know that exercise:
* Builds muscles, increasing their blood supply, their power, their efficiency and their endurance
* Improves circulation of blood throughout the entire system
* Controls body weight
* Increases the efficiency of heart and lungs
* Promotes a feeling of zest and well being and so much more?

Water
65% of the body is composed of water. It supplies building material, regulates the body processes, makes up the principal part of all body fluids and secretions and helps make it possible for the body to regulate its own temperature.

Sunlight
What can sunlight do for you? You can use it to treat bacterial infections; it enhances and increases the body’s immune system, lowers high blood pressure, decreases blood cholesterol, lowers excessively high blood sugar and increases blood cells.
The sun has been known to warm your moods, decrease depression, and stimulate endorphins in your bloodstream.

Temperance
We can over work just as easy as we can over eat; we can over sleep, over exercise, over sunbathe, over drink. The principle to follow is moderation. “And every man that strives for the mastery is temperate in all things”. 1 Corinthians 9:25.

Air
Fresh, clean air with high negative ions is able to purify, destroy or render inactive bacteria, viruses, and other harmful substances. Practicing deep breathing will fill lungs with oxygen and will purify the blood. Heavily polluted air impairs health. There is nothing like breathing fresh country air. Think of the smell of breakfast cooking on a wood burning stove on a cold winter morning with three feet of snow all around your house.

Rest
Are you experiencing sleep behavior disorders such as acting your dreams, speaking loud…etc…? Good quality sleep prolongs life, refreshes and rejuvenates for the next day. Did you know that when you sleep, your digestion slows, your brain waves change, your muscles relax? Lack of sleep and/or too much sleep increase one’s mortality rate? You sleep better in a completely dark room? There are more benefits of Rest. Sleep tonight with no light, eyes covered, empty stomach, no telephone or TV. Save your heart muscles. Refresh/Rejuvenate.

Trust in Divine Power
Prayer is talking to God as to a best friend. It helps reduce or eliminate your stress and anxiety. Pray and feel calmer, safer, and more connected with the power of Omnipotence. So prayer improves your mental health, lowers your blood pressure, increases your immunity. So “trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not upon your own understanding”.
